Refund policy

We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchased. If you are not happy with something purchased from us, you can return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is in original used condition, complete with its original packing, instruction manuals, and proof of purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There are no returns for change of mind purchases.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Warranty and Quality Assurance

All products come with a 1-year guarantee provided the product has been maintained in accordance with the manual and has not been subjected to misuse, unauthorised modifications, or neglect. We stand by the quality of our products and adhere to the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

If you believe a product is faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship issues, please contact us at sales@machineryonline.co.nz.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@machineryonline.co.nz and send your item to: 7 Unutoto Place, Tauriko, 3110, Tauranga, New Zealand.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@machineryonline.co.nz.
